How many hours will I work per week?

Your working hours will depend on whether you join us on a split or block model. In weeks with theory and practice, you will work a maximum of 20 hours with us. During the purely practical phases, you will work 40 hours per week. Please contact us - together we will find the right model for your day-to-day studies or training.

Can I work remotely?

You work with us in the same flexible model as our other employees. We will provide you with a laptop so that you can choose whether you want to work in the office or from home. Personal interaction during your training period is particularly important to us, so we would like to see you in our office at least half of the week.

What happens if my lecture schedule changes?

Changes are a part of everyday study life - we know that! Open communication and a healthy work-life balance are important to us. Simply talk to your mentor in the team if your schedule changes. Together we will find a suitable solution, whether for a week or long term. We will flexibly adapt your working hours to your new situation.

What are the requirements for an application?

A successful school-leaving certificate is the basis, but don't worry, grades are not our main focus. We are primarily interested in your personal interest, your commitment and any existing experience or your own projects in related fields. We cooperate with the IU International University and the Chamber of Industry and Commerce. You are welcome to choose a suitable study or training model, and then apply to us.

Is there a possibility of a full-time position after graduation?

We focus on long-term partnerships and are happy to invest in the further development of our team members. Training and further education are firmly anchored in our corporate values. Many of our former students are now permanent members of our team. After your successful graduation, we would also like to welcome you full-time and support your further professional development.
