Our Project
Labelident is a producer of industrial labels with its own online distribution. The company has over 100,000 customers across Europe. The focus is on thermal labels for retail and logistics. The online store offers a large selection of blank shipping labels, printed labels, test labels, label printers and accessories.
As part of our project, we introduced marketing automation and created segment-specific content. The aim was to strengthen customer loyalty and increase the number of repeat purchases.

Our Challenge
Labelident mainly offers products for business customers from a wide range of industries with a broad product range. One challenge is therefore the appropriate segmentation and approach. In addition, there are many one-time buyers in the online store who should be acquired as existing customers through suitable content.
