Our Project

Since November 2014, KREUTZERS Gourmet GmbH has been offering the best meat from all over the world, complemented by specialties such as wines, oils and spices. Species-appropriate animal husbandry and strict quality criteria guarantee great enjoyment. The aim is to deliver first-class gastronomic products to everyone's home quickly and conveniently at reasonable prices. 

As part of our project, we carried out change management and specific marketing automation activities to increase customer satisfaction and build up more satisfied regular customers. We also took measures to generate new traffic and attract new customers to maintain the growth of Kreutzers.

The challenge was to strengthen customer loyalty, encourage repeat purchases, attract new customers and increase brand awareness for the new range beyond the original gourmet meat products.
